APPLY IN-PERSON ~ Stop in at the library and fill out a quick and easy application to get your card. Please bring your photo ID (preferably your PA driver’s license) with your current address for verification purposes.
To save a little time, click here for a printable copy of the application form. Complete the form and bring it in to the library with your ID.
NOTE: parent or legal guardian must sign applications for children under 18 and present their ID at the library with the completed form.

Online application is for ADULTS only. At this time we cannot process children’s (under 18) cards online.
The cards applied for online will be created and mailed. You will receive a physical card which will expire in 2 mos.
If you call the library, the card will be extended for 3 years and will allow access to any of the online databases and downloadable books and magazines only.
If you bring the card and your ID into the library, the card will be extended for 3 years and you will have full access to the library’s physical collections and the online offerings.
